What are the limits of the Basic plan?+
10 summaries and 30 Q&A per month. Core extraction mode only. Perfect for light research needs.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?+
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. You can change plans anytime in Settings.
What happens when I exceed my quota?+
Pro and Team plans won't be interrupted. We charge ¥0.10 per extra operation. You'll get notified at 80% usage.
Do you offer refunds?+
No. All subscriptions are final and non-refundable. Since AI API costs are incurred immediately upon use, we cannot offer refunds once a subscription has been activated. Experiment credit packs are also non-refundable.
