  • Sending important service-related notifications
  • Generating AI analyses and summaries you request
  • Complying with legal obligations

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in a Supabase PostgreSQL database, with files stored in Cloudflare R2. We implement reasonable technical measures to protect your data:

  • All data transmission uses HTTPS/TLS encryption
  • Database access is strictly limited to authorized server-side access
  • API keys and credentials are encrypted at rest, never exposed to the client
  • Regular database backups

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data or uploaded documents to third parties. Your document content may be sent to the DeepSeek API for AI analysis and summary generation, but DeepSeek does not use API call data for model training. We only share data when: (a) you have given explicit consent; (b) required by law; (c) necessary to protect our legal rights.

5. AI Model Usage Policy

This Service uses the DeepSeek API for AI content generation. Per DeepSeek's API usage policy, data submitted through the API is not used to train or improve DeepSeek's models. Your uploaded documents are processed temporarily during AI analysis and are not permanently stored by the AI provider.

6. Cookies & Tracking

This Service only uses essential technical cookies to maintain user login sessions and language preferences. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies. You may clear these cookies at any time through your browser settings.
